When we feel stressed, it is easy to stop doing things that replenish our energy and keep us going as we navigate through our college experience. One way to replenish ourselves is through self-care. Self-care refers to activities and practices that we engage in on a regular bases to reduce stress and improve our well-being. During this workshop, students will assess their current self-care practices and create their own self-care plan in a fun and creative way.
