Life at CSUSB can be stressful! Join us to learn simple and effective meditation techniques for stress reduction. No experience necessary. Drop in at either daily session if you need to relax! Two separate sessions are offered Monday through Friday at 11:30 and Noon at Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) Room 140 (CAPS entrance is on the back side of the Student Health Center facing the side of the library off of Student Union Lane).
