Life at CSUSB can be stressful! Join us to learn simple and effective mindfulness meditation techniques for stress reduction. Two separate sessions are offered every Monday through Friday at 11:30 and noon at Counseling and Psychological Services Room 166 (entrance on the side of the Student Health Center next to the Santos Manuel Student Union). No experience necessary. Drop in at either daily session any time you need to relax! Open to students, staff and faculty. Presented as a collaboration between the Student Health Center's THR!VE - Health Promotion and Counseling and Psychological Services.
