The college experience and life in general can, at times, be extremely stressful. The challenges of school, work, activities, relationships, and finding balance can begin to overwhelm you as you allow doubt and negative self-talk to invade your thoughts but you can take back your thoughts! The goal of this workshop is to introduce you to a simple, yet effective strategy that will empower you to catch, check, and change your negative thinking. Once identified, you can transform you negative thoughts into positive statements that will assist you to live your best life; less anxiety - less doubt - more balance!
