A must-attend workshop for anyone who desires to create a culture of service excellence. This workshop will provide skills, tips and techniques on how to interact with constituents, demonstrate proper handling and utilization functionalities of assigned university phones, and describe approaches to dealing with difficult customers all while rising to a level of service excellence. This workshop is a great refresher for all and a good investment of time for new employees and student assistants.
