Bio

Dr. Boyraz is an Associate Professor in the Management department since 2018. Her research interests include the impact of diversity and culture on processes and outcomes of global teams, organizations’ expectations in terms of teamwork skills, and socialization into multinational organizations. She is one of the co-directors of the Speaking Center at Jack H. Brown College (along with Dr. Julie Taylor from Communication Studies; Dr. Ying Cheng and Matthew Habich).
